Networking Lunch - 3rd July 2007

Companies can greatly benefit from our next networking session, facilitated by Molly Carey come and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and make contacts with local businesses.

Ranging from web designers to data storage, photographers to private investigators and restaurant owners to trainers and mentors, there will be entrepreneurs and small and medium sized businesses from an array of industries that can help you grow your company.

The event will be at lunchtime 12:00 noon for 12:30pm Start, at ESIS, Nantgarw, Treforest Industrial Estate. Cost: £10 +VAT for Members and £15 +Vat Non-Members

Are you a Golfer?

The Business Club has a Golf Tournament planned at Rhondda Golf Club on the 6th September. Contact Claire on 01443 424 109 or email businessclub@Rhondda-Cynon-Taff.gov.uk for more information and to book your tee-time. Bring guests as part of your party. Enjoy a Bacon Sandwich and a cup of coffee at the clubhouse before you play.

Treat it as a chance to relax or spend some time with prospective clients and business associates. There will be a range of tournament prizes including the longest drive, closest to the pin etc that will be drawn at the end of the day. The Lions come back to Pontypridd

Pontypridd British Lions Commemorative Dinner is being held at Pontypridd Rugby club on Saturday, 28th July 2007 (reception 7.30 pm) to celebrate the nine Pontypridd players who have worn the red jersey of the British and Irish Lions.

The tables are priced at a mere £500 (or £50 per head). The function will be held in a huge marquee on the pitch at Sardis Road, and as well as the British Lions there will be a host of other rugby celebrities present.

Russell Robins, Tommy David, Neil Jenkins, Dafydd James, Martyn Williams, Brent Cockbain, Gethin Jenkins, Michael Owen and Mike Griffiths will all be there, and the guest speaker for the night will be Nigel Owens. Past and present players will also be there in abundance.
