Suppliers should ensure they take advantage of a superb opportunity to be involved in the Council’s procurement projects, by meeting the Council’s buying teams face to face.

The Local Supplier Development Project has organised a free ‘Meet the Buyer’ event, in partnership with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council services, on March 26th 2008, at the Heritage Park Hotel. This event is funded by the European Funded Initiative.

Building relationships and winning contracts from departments within large organisations can be difficult, so this event offers a unique opportunity to bring together interested suppliers and buying departments from within the Council who will discuss their forthcoming contracts for 2008/2009. Suppliers will be able to assess their possibilities of being included in the tendering process.

If you require further information please do not hesitate to contact Natalie Taylor on 01633 242722 or E-mail: natalietaylor@centreforbusiness.co.uk
