The Townscape Enhancement Programme (TEP) is a grant scheme run by Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC developed with support from the Welsh Assembly Government through the European Regional Development Fund and the Heads of the Valleys Programme.
The project is designed to enhance the appearance of Ferndale town centre, making it a more attractive place to live, work and shop.
